Todays workout was a little bit different from the other shoulder and chest-workouts that we have been doin earlier.
We wanted to focus this evenings workout more on the shoulder area.
Therefore, we cancelled the triceps pushdown, and replaced it ewith a shoulder press.
So, here is todays workout in numbers. As always, these exercises were performed in giantsets.
Flat Benchpress 4×12
Shoulder press in smith 1×8 1×6 1×6 1×12
Shoulder raises 4×20
