Workout 3 – Legs & Lower back

Today was a killer day for the team behind Project Gettin Big.  Legs were on todays schedule, and what a workout!

We did’nt feel like doing a superset-workout today, so we just took a stance in the Squat. First out was a 5 set’er under the bar.

E touched his old personal best in a deadlift today, reaching 2 full reps on 330lbs. And B did a new personal best reaching 264lbs. So, congrats to us! All on all, a good workout, and the legs were just spaghetti winding down in the sauna afterwards.

Workout #3 – Legs & Lower back

Squats 4×12 reps @ 198lbs

Deadlifts 3×12 reps @ 198lbs

E – Deadlift 1×2 reps @ 330lbs

B – Deadlift 1×2 reps @ 264lbs
