Day 2 – Chest/Triceps – We’re back!

Hey you readers of Project – Gettin Big! We’re back in the gym! And with full force!

As the last chest & triceps-workout were at a week ago, we started over with a new chest & triceps – workout, to begin a new era!

We also took some pictures during this workout to document our progress as usual.

The workout went on like this:

Flat Benchpress: 4×20

Incline Flyes: 4×12

Shoulder raises: 4×20

Triceps pushdown: 4×20
