Todays workout was a little bit different from the other shoulder and chest-workouts that we have been doin earlier.

We wanted to focus this evenings workout more on the shoulder area.

Therefore, we cancelled the triceps pushdown, and replaced it ewith a shoulder press.

So, here is todays workout in numbers. As always, these exercises were performed in giantsets.

Flat Benchpress 4×12

Shoulder press in smith 1×8 1×6 1×6 1×12

Shoulder raises 4×20

Workout 3 – Legs & Lower back

Today was a killer day for the team behind Project Gettin Big.  Legs were on todays schedule, and what a workout!

We did’nt feel like doing a superset-workout today, so we just took a stance in the Squat. First out was a 5 set’er under the bar.

E touched his old personal best in a deadlift today, reaching 2 full reps on 330lbs. And B did a new personal best reaching 264lbs. So, congrats to us! All on all, a good workout, and the legs were just spaghetti winding down in the sauna afterwards.

Workout #3 – Legs & Lower back

Squats 4×12 reps @ 198lbs

Deadlifts 3×12 reps @ 198lbs

E – Deadlift 1×2 reps @ 330lbs

B – Deadlift 1×2 reps @ 264lbs

Day 2 – Chest/Triceps – We’re back!

Hey you readers of Project – Gettin Big! We’re back in the gym! And with full force!

As the last chest & triceps-workout were at a week ago, we started over with a new chest & triceps – workout, to begin a new era!

We also took some pictures during this workout to document our progress as usual.

The workout went on like this:

Flat Benchpress: 4×20

Incline Flyes: 4×12

Shoulder raises: 4×20

Triceps pushdown: 4×20

Project Gettin Big – Day 1

Yesterday we had our first session in this project called gettin big. We took some photos during the workout to document every step we took. It was the first time we tried Levrones – Chest, shoulder & Tric – workout. It was amazing, mindblowing experience! It felt like our bodies we’re about to explode during the last 2 sets. The pump was amazing!

Project; Gettin Big Day 1:

Chest, Shoulders and Triceps Workout

Flatline Benchpress 3×20 reps 1×15 reps  – 176lbs

Shoulder Raises – 3×20 reps 1x15reps  – 30lbs

Triceps pushdown – 3x20reps 1x15reps – 220lbs

This is E & B reporting in on our first add to the ultimate bodybuilding log. We dont call ourselves any pros or anything, but we want to inspire with our own inner fire, as Levrone would had put it!
